Our fusilli are a bronze-drawn durum wheat semolina pasta that is slowly dried according to the old Abruzzo tradition. Our company produces pasta of 100% certified Italian durum wheat semolina, to be combined with sauces of your choice. The flour used is marketed in Italy from Italian mills is okept from national grains strictly controlled by the authorities. A special format and appreciated by lovers of good food because they capture every sauce or sauce that is fish, meat or vegetable and if we add that they are produced with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and drawn through bronze the result is guaranteed.
